RESTORATION SPECIALTIES Co. focuses on providing its services to Commercial and Residential Property Owners and Managers, located in Southern Ontario.

RESTORATION SPECIALTIES Co. provides its services in five distinct service sectors.

• Servicing natural stone, located on the inside and outside of buildings.
• Servicing terrazzo and manmade stone surfaces.
• Polishing concrete.
• Servicing ceramic and porcelain tile installations.
• Servicing grout installations.

NATURAL STONE:
Our technicians work with all Natural Stone including, Marble, Granite,
Limestone, Slate, and other natural stone surfaces.

TERRAZZO:
Our technicians are familiar with polishing and impregnating terrazzo floors and other manmade or poly agglomerate surfaces. It does not matter if the terrazzo is epoxy or cement based. It does not matter if the matrix contains chips of granite, marble, glass or some other material.

CONCRETE:
Our technicians clean and polish concrete floors using the latest equipment and chemical technology. Our process will yield a highly polished and durable finish on any concrete floor. Our polished concrete floor will withstand not only normal foot traffic, but also traffic from fork lifts and other warehouse equipment.

CERAMIC & PORCELAIN TILE:
Our technicians clean and seal ceramic and porcelain tile. Ceramic and porcelain tiles can be polished through our “Crystal Seal” restoration service.

GROUT CLEANING AND REJUVENATING:
Our technicians can clean grout and apply an epoxy grout sealer and colorant. It is excellent for renewing grout that has become discoloured and stained over time.
